TJ @ TEDx: The Paper Plane Effect
Through his VISION Program, TJ mentors inner city and incarcerated youth and teaches and motivates them using hip-hop and other means to which the youth can relate. He feels many youth think they won't go very far in life, like the short flight of a paper airplane.

The Vision Program stands for Values Inspiring Students In Overcoming Negativity. The Vision Program was founded by Mr. T.J. Griffin in 2012 out of a passion he has for working with and motivating youth and young adults to seek and tap into their full potential.
He has worked with and inspired thousands of teens and staff in youth programs, schools and business's from all over the country. Mr. Griffin was also a recording artist manager and booking agent within the world of the music business.
BEEN THERE, DONE THAT
He has worked with the likes of multi-Platinum hip-hop and music artist such as Fat Joe, rapper/actor, ICE T, legendary rock band Queen, rock legends QUEEN, and mega film director Zack Snyder to name a few.
Programs and Training
TJ offers a variety of custom-made youth and adult training programs, professional development seminars, and school-based programs. All are designed to empower youth and adults with a greater awareness of their potential, and to help them see beyond the barriers life has presented them with.
